This new range allows you to shift loads of up to 380 tonnes with more capacity, more range and more height, that is mobile, versatile and ideal for the wind, energy, metal, concrete and other super heavy lifting applications.
With six different models and capacities, with outreaches of 5-12 metres and lifting heights of 13-18 metres you have a very versatile solution that can lift and transport materials both inside and out when fitted with either a lift hook or tool carrier. For your extremely long and heavy loads like wind tower sections, two machines can work together when fitted with lift hooks to move your load efficiently and safely
To be able to lift extremely heavy loads you need a unique design that is fit for purpose which is why the CES Heavy Duty Range comes with either a long-fixed wheelbase of 10-12 metres or a unique extendable wheelbase that goes from 9-12 metres up to 13-18 metres. Coupled with a three-piece chassis, featuring a telescopic mid chassis supported by up to five extra big wheels at the front and four at the back to get that extra reach and capacity. A combination that allows you to lift those super heavy loads up to 380 tonnes.
Powered by a hydrostatic drive combining the latest Volvo or Cummins engine technology with Bosch-Rexroth hydraulics you’ll get a super heavy lifter that is surprisingly fuel efficient compared to traditional diesel solutions. Plus, with a common box design across the whole range including the engine, tanks, hydraulics, cooling and filters you’ll be able to efficiently service and maintain your equipment.
When handling super heavy loads, visibility is key, which is why the spacious cabin with great forward and rear visibility is fitted with front and reverse cameras as standard which can be displayed on one or two colour monitors so your driver is always aware of what is going on around them. Coupled with a state of the art control system and operator interface your driver will always feel in complete control.
