This section contains Kalmar's IR newsletters, mainly published quarterly before the minimum three-week silent period. You can find the most recent letters below.
As our silent period starts today, we would like to highlight some of the most notable events of the first quarter of 2025. Kalmar’s interim report January-March 2025 will be published on Tuesday, 29 April 2025, and the silent period starts today on Tuesday, 8 April 2025.
We experienced active investor engagement during the first quarter, marked by continued and encouraging interest in Kalmar. In Q1 we have had the chance to meet with around 60 investors in many European cities, as we have visited London, Paris, Milan, Oslo, Stockholm and Copenhagen, in addition to meetings in our homebase Helsinki. Some of the most discussed themes during the meetings have been around the market, competition, transition towards electric, operational efficiency, services growth, tariffs and geopolitics. Amidst a constantly shifting geopolitical scene, we've had many interesting discussions with investors, as we all navigate the challenge of staying informed and responsive to its rapid shifts.
We also published Kalmar’s first ever annual report, including the sustainability statement, in the beginning of March and the first Annual General Meeting of Kalmar was held on 27 March. We have soon reached the point of a full year of IR activities for Kalmar and we look forward to continuing the journey together with our investors, analysts and all other stakeholders.
In our pre-silent call yesterday, we announced that we will host a site visit for investors & analysts on 17 September 2025 at our Stargard, Poland site. This has been coordinated together with Hiab, who will host a site visit at their Stargard site the next day, 18 September. Please contact Kalmar’s IR team for indicating preliminary interest to join and to receive more information when available: ir@kalmarglobal.com / camilla.maikola@kalmarglobal.

The fourth quarter witnessed great investor activity for Kalmar. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to engage with a diverse investor community, actively communicating Kalmar's strategy and continuing on building relationships.
In Q4 we have had the chance to meet with over 60 investors and during H2 2024 with over 130 investors in total! In November, we organised a European roadshow where we visited Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna and London. Additionally, we have had the opportunity to attend seminars around Europe in Copenhagen, London and Helsinki. Some of the most discussed themes during the meetings have been around electrification, service growth, competition, demand picture, growth drivers and capital allocation.
All in all, we have had an extremely active year since the listing of Kalmar. We look forward to more engaging meetings in 2025, where we can connect with investors, strengthen our relationships, and further share Kalmar's story towards sustainable and profitable growth.

APM Terminals and Kalmar will work together to collect data and insights from this pilot, with the goal of advancing the electrification of terminal operations across the industry.

All the roadshows and events have provided us with an excellent opportunity to share the newly listed Kalmar’s strategy and market trends while connecting with investors and listening to their views. Our growth strategy, electrification, services and leadership as well as demand and profitability drivers have been high on the agenda in the meetings. Throughout our Q3 engagements, we were consistently impressed by the level of interest and enthusiasm shown by investors.
